Assuming adequate traininig on specifica of the products concerned this may include implementation of modalities and supportive equipment, maintanance and servicing or even setting up and operating a helpdesk tot he end-user. Our home markets cover Germany, Austria and the German speaking parts of Switzerland, but we can and do service other areas as well –assumed english based communication.

II consulting

Experience and market knowledge for many years based on a very consistant loyality of our collegues DFC-SYTEMS qualifies as well for consulting work in advising for technical and market aspects in the development and launch of new products. There were already a variety of customers in this category.

III assistance in development phases

In the process of product developments we can offer consulting on IT and interfacing related sourcings, input to specification details and testing. The latter related to interfacing other equipment and/ or IT-sysems. This may even include developing and testing IHE Profiles and participate to Connect-a-Thons for our clients.
