1997 founded by Dennis Feiler in Munich, DFC-SYSTEMS today has a employed staff of 24 qualified personell (Febr. 2008) and covers service for
more than 250 customers in the healthcare market. Our prime office is located in Munich with a further offices in the Mannheim/Heidelberg area
in Central Germany.
DFC-SYSTEMS acts and organized itself according to the principals of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). This contributed to customer´s processes
for prooven proceedings and efficiency. ITIL with us is about to grow into a general methodology and perspective even influencing our language.
It has become a guideline for managemet.
